What's In My Carry On?

It has been a minute since my last post...sorry about that. I'm back with a new article today and it's a good one! If you need some carry on ideas, keep on reading!

Backpack

I love mini backpacks when I'm going on a quick flight, but I choose large backpacks when it's longer. Most of the things I keep in them are still the same though. TJ Maxx and Target have great large and mini backpacks with many styles and colors to choose from! Plus, they're super affordable if you're not looking to spend much.

Mini Bag of Essentials

The first thing I put in my backpack is a small bag of small essentials, so they're all in one place. I include mini perfume, hand sanitizer, hair ties, feminine products, and if it's a long flight, I carry cleansing wipes. They are perfect to take to the bathroom to freshen up real quick. I also pack a bag of chargers for all of my electronics.  If it's a long flight, I bring a battery pack, but most of the time I don't need it.

iPad Mini

I always bring my iPhone and my iPad, no matter the flight time. I know you're probably thinking, that's a lot of extra space just for an extra electronic I may not need. If you are traveling alone or even in a group and may need to use a rideshare app, look for directions to your hotel, or find a place to eat. All of these things are done easily on your phone, so I always like to conserve battery power and stay on the safe side with my iPad on the flight.

Journals/Books

I love to read and journal, so even if I don't use it on the flight, I bring a book and a small notebook with me. I can read or journal on the plane and when I'm at my final destination, if I have any down time. I highly recommend this if you don't want to be on your phone, iPad, or laptop the entire plane ride.

Earbuds

Earbuds are an essential for me. I have the Apple AirPods and they're by far my favorite to travel with and just use in daily life. There are no cords to get tangled in your bag and they last a while on a full charge. If I need to charge them on the plane, I throw them in their case for about 15 minutes and they're good to go.

That is everything I bring on my carry on for an airplane or car ride! Sometimes I bring other things if I need it for a specific trip, but it generally stays the same.
